STAR OF US

During the war, I tried to express my feelings through art. One of the creations was a Star of David consisting of several intertwined palms, symbolizing national unity and strength. This poignant work of art, on display since the beginning of the war in Kidnapped Square, is now part of a global traveling exhibition, spreading its powerful message around the world.

An exhibition in memory of the fallen

The initiative stands as a testimony to the resilience of the human spirit and the deep influence of art in healing and memory. This story of artistic dedication intertwined with national service is not only inspiring but a beacon of light in times of darkness.

During these last seven challenging months, I decided to embark on a personal project, to devote my skills to honoring the memories of over 100 hostages, martyrs and victims of terrorism, and to try to provide a point of light in the days of darkness.

The exhibition presents the same unity, shared fate and the lines that connect our people for good and bad in the shadow of the events of October 7, the morning of the "Iron Swords" war. The events of October 7 met all sections of the population in the country regardless of their status/position/religion/race/sex/ and not even nationality.

Recruiting for the commemoration

I feel that I also have a mission, to give the respect and the place it deserves to every story and everyone who sacrificed their lives for all of us, through my art that interweaves stories, emotions, experiences, pain and love because we are all one people, and I am the one who draws the line. Every family and everyone you drew will enter deep in my heart and never leave. I love you and strengthen you, you are my heroes.

We are currently looking at different options for presenting the exhibition, which will take place in Israel and then go on a journey all over the world.

Every name has a story

We continue life alongside the war, and everything is good, I'm in favor, otherwise what are we fighting for? And yet, I also want us not to forget those who lost their lives for all of us.

Every painting is an emotional process. I dive deep into the lives of those I paint, especially when it is in memory of those we have lost.

Amir, was a magical soul, who aspired to create and share his art with the world - whether through paintings, music, tattoos and dreamed of becoming an animator.

As an artist, I take the time to get to know each person, revealing their talents, dreams and the essence that made them extraordinary. The personal stories are a reminder that names carry deep meanings, and if we try to get to know them we will discover how similar they are to us.

I invite you to read about each of the fallen, connect with his journey beyond there and the picture in the news. I'm sure that's what the families would want, that we remember their loved ones as they were, that we appreciate the amazing people who died for us.

And I hope we will know no more sorrow. artist.

On the 30th day of the war

I participated in a special project for the return of the abducted, when I drew all the kidnapped children under the age of 18.

In their death they commanded us life
